I worked at Relativity Media for 5 years, directing digital content promoting their upcoming slates of films, as well as original narrative. Notable projects include a "Brick Mansions" sports commercial starring Washington Wizards John Wall, balling against parkour basketball players that aired during the 2014 playoffs, and a neighborhood adventure short promoting "Earth to Echo" that played in front of all PG & PG-13 movies in every Cinemark movie theater nationwide. Both won Telly Awards.My latest feature, "Deadland" — starring Brian Tee (Chicago Med, Wolverine), William Katt (The Greatest American Hero), and Gary Weeks (Outer Banks)—is a post-apocalyptic thriller about a survivor searching for his wife through the chaos and martial law of a plagued America. Distributed by Lightning Entertainment on DVD and VOD, the film earned positive reviews and 16 awards, including best director, on the film festival circuit.Recent projects include a digital sci-fi pilot I wrote and directed for Ron Howard's New Form Digital entitled "Phantom Nights." The Amblin-inspired story of friends working at a drive-in movie theater where supernatural occurrences happen was shot entirely in Texas and is currently being pitched as a TV series. And "Hung Up" a dramatic short film about a woman bull rider that stars Melissa Jackson (Jack & Jill), Kevin Kane (Inside Amy Schumer) and Catherine Curtin (Orange is the New Black). Produced by Marc Johnson (HBO's The Deuce) and Nikhil Melnechuk (Don't Be Nice) the short has won 12 awards on the 2020 Film Festival Circuit.
