This position required a high level or organisational skills and the ability to lead and develop other security team members.Reporting to the State Operations Manager,, I was charged with managing a portfolio of clients, security officers and handling various aspects in the day to day running of the business.

I was employed as the Site Supervisor for the Westfield, Chatswood site. Reporting directly to Westfield management, my primary responsibility was to oversee a team of 17 guards, assist retailers and police in arrests and investigations into retail theft as well as ensuring the protection to personal and property of numerous stakeholders.
