Oversaw all administrative and training records for over 96 employees; resulted in the early or on-time processing of 70 performance reviews and 160 awards for recognition, all records were maintained in compliance with federal and governmental regulations. Assessed training needs and evaluated training effectiveness of the company; assisted in the development of innovative teaching techniques and conducted professional development seminars. Championed a comprehensive safety and accountability program with senior leaders that resulted in a 50% decline in Serious Incidents Reports.

Served as primary advisor to 15 senior leaders from foreign military and security forces, assisting with leadership development, team building, and force protection measuresManaged the transition of a Forward Operation Base of more than 400 employees, 45 structures, and power grid from foreign service to U.S. control assisted with development of force protection measures and the training of 20 employees to secure an area of over 5 acres.
