Implemented company wide safety management system to ensure flight critical safety standards.June 2017 - Negotiated and facilitated the sale of the aircraft fueling and hangar business unit to an industry operating group which resulted in a 28X multiple of EBITDA with annual sales in excess of $6 million positioning the company for growth of its charter and management business unit.

Founder of Business Air, a recognized national leader in corporate aircraft charter and management with locations in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Seattle, & San Antonio. It operates its own FAR 135 on demand charter certificate (FAA Certificate # JMOA894I) and is certified to operate aircraft that can seat up to 30 passengers and currently has application with the DOT for scheduled commuter operations. The company also operated a full service FBO providing over 1 million gallons of aviation fuels annually to corporate clients as well as to the US military. The company provided aircraft storage and handling services via 220,000 SF of corporate hangar space. September 2014 - Negotiated and consummated the sale of the company to a private equity firm whichresulted in a 10X multiple of EBITDA. Annual Sales were in excess of $10 million.

Dallas Avionics, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of aircraft electronics, avionics, and avionics test equipment for North American and Europe. Responsible for analyzing sales strategy and business development. Created financial accountability matrix for the sales team and developed the first digital catalog for the company driving a 12% increase in sales on annual revenues of $32 million.

Midway Aviation, Inc. specialized in the air and ground transportation of sensitive bank documents and checks throughout southern United States. Negotiated contracts for the transportation of checks and financial instruments with all US major banks and the US Federal Reserve Bank. Created and implemented a growth strategy that grew the fleet from 2 aircraft to 15 aircraft in two years.
