About Damon Clement

I began working in the electrical industry in 1999. I completed my apprenticeship in 2005, and started an electrical contracting company shortly there after. I sold the company three years later.In 2008, I began teaching at Sinclair Community College as a second year apprentice instructor. Since then I have been teaching electrical trades and construction management at the college level.I love teaching. I love passing along a trade, a trade that can open so many doors for my students.
