In May of 2019, just over one year after concluding twenty years on staff with New Life Church, in Colorado Springs,CO, I was offered the incredible opportunity to become the Arizona Regional Director for Youth Haven. Youth Haven is an amazing ministry which provides life-changing, Christ-centered experiences for disadvantaged children. I am excited to participate in all that God will accomplish through this position over the coming days, weeks, months, and years.Over the course of the paste twenty one years, along with growing in my professional and ministerial roles, I have also completed a Bachelor of Science degree through Colorado Christian University in Organizational Management - emphasizing in Christian Leadership. Along with my degree, I also earned a Biblical Studies Certificate. During this season I have also begun raising a family alongside my amazing wife, Amanda. We have 6 incredible children (5 amazing young men and a beautiful little girl). Above all, my family and I serve Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, with surrendered hearts.

From 2008 to 2010, I became the Supervisor of Events for all of New Life Church, overseeing all field teams, and their day to day activities campus wide. In May of 2016 I transition out of my role within the facilities department, and into a Pastoral role, overseeing the Small Groups of New Life Church. In this role I support the discipleship vision of New Life Small Groups, working with all church departments, Pastors, and the hundreds of church volunteers and small group leaders who serve within these departments and for their pastoral leadership.
