I joined Arbor Financial Group in May of 2019 after a very successful twenty-five years with Verizon Wireless. I spent twenty-three out of my twenty-five years in business-to-business (B2B) sales, starting with a support role for two years, then as an individual contributor in both small-to-medium business and enterprise sales for twelve years, and finally as a Business Sales Manager for nine years. As an individual contributor I achieved Winner’s Circle, which is awarded to the top 15% of B2B sales, ten times. As a Business Sales Manager I was able to develop and promote eight of my sales reps to bigger and better positions within Verizon Wireless. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Verizon Wireless, and will be forever grateful for all that it provided throughout my stay. I realized towards the end of 2018 that it was time for me to make a career change, and I was fortunate enough to be able to retire from Verizon at the end of March 2019. A great high school friend of mine from Mater Dei, Dave Arvidson, is the co-founder of Arbor Financial Group and asked me to join the Arbor team in May of 2019. I worked as a Production Assistant while I obtained both my DRE and NMLS licenses, and I am now a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer. My goal as a Mortgage Loan Officer is to assist buyers and homeowners with their purchase and refinancing needs. We have access to many specialty programs including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, CalHFA, VA and, and VA Jumbo. I will take time to consider your financial situation and will listen to your needs, and I will work hard to find you the best possible rates, the lowest fees, and close in a timely manner. I will keep you informed from the beginning to the end on the status of your loan so that there are no surprises when we get to the finish line. Integrity and trust are at the core of how I do business, and I will work extremely hard to build relationships that will lead to a successful referral base. When I’m not working, you can find me with my wife, Suzanne, our two children, Meadow (3) and Bodie (17 months), and our dogs, Oliver and Gigi walking through our neighborhood or playing at our favorite parks. I also enjoy bikes rides, dirt bike riding, fishing, and watching just about any sport live or on television.
