Started work on properties needing revision of client base. Grew role to undertake repositioning properties to unidentified markets both domestically and internationally with view to increase market share and optimize returns from new markets. Each has been delivered consistently above budget and ahead of target across every aspect of the development - events venues / F&B outlets, health clubs and spas. Successfully created preferred status relationships with key client base that have successfully matured and ensured legacy is safe guarded and internally educated the team of the nature of client base.From the hotel group perspective have devised and instigated strategies, created processes to provide best practice and established the companies environmental policy.
