Current*Developed the first true "Marketing Strategy" for ABI Digital Solutions, rather than just "having a sales team". *Reformed sales team to maintain existing revenues with half the numbers of sales representatives. *Generates sales through agency and direct clients.*Workes closely with clients that required ABI Digital Solutions to be more than a "print company", but more like a small ad agency.*Authored website to be a sales lead generation site, rather than just an "informational" site. Leads went from zero leads per month to over one per day.*Analyzed and negotiated partnership contracts with the Houston Rockets, Houston Astros, and the Houston Dynamo. Also leveraged those partnerships into generating $1 million with those partners and more importantly, with other corporate sponsors.*Developed, authored, and maintained new web marketing strategies such as Facebook accounts, twitter, Google AdWords and more.*Oversees scheduling, staffing, production, lead development, and travel for multiple tradeshow events.
