My role as a design phase director at Mortenson gives me the ability to realize and appreciate our client’s vision and set the path for success early in the planning process. I enjoy being part of that initial vision and seeing facilities that add value to clients and the community come to completion.I've overseen projects ranging from less than $1M to $600 million and have been a part of influential projects like The Beam on Farmer and Kohler Vikrell SW Manufacturing Facility across the valley. I enjoy working with clients to see how the built environment can improve outcomes and reduce the cost of providing their service. I have seen, first-hand, the benefit of integrated project delivery methods and how planning elements provide meaningful input to our client's project programming and conceptual design activities.I have experience in both existing building and new ground-up construction projects.
