A few examples of projects I have completed include the Emirates Twin Towers (Dubai), The Savoy Hotel, Baneasa Shopping Mall (Romania), Bahrain World Trade Centre, Burj Khalifa Tower (Dubai) and Westfield Stratford (London).My role is to assist Lighting Designers, international Architects, M&E Consultants and Contractors with project luminaire specifications, lighting schemes, control schedules and installation detailed drawings and layouts. Produce as built lighting plan and elevation drawing layouts as well as wiring schematics with AutoCAD. Creating and maintaining a library of technical literature (specification data sheets) with both Corel Draw and AutoCAD. The creation of company literature, catalogues, brochures and magazine advertisements using Corel Draw. Project management, undertaking site survey or site meetings both nationally and internationally to ascertain accurate measurements or discuss client and project specific requirements. Assistance and support to the Sales team with tender proposals as well as scaling and quantifying architectural or electrical layouts for quotational use. Liaising with suppliers and other manufacturers for the procurement of materials. Working alongside sheet metal and metal extrusion manufacturers. Working alongside plastic moldings and plastic sheet manufacturers and suppliers.
