I drive scientific engagement and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). My role involves providing clinical expertise, supporting clinical trials, and delivering impactful educational programs to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Dedicated to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes, I leverage my clinical expertise and strategic mindset to make a meaningful impact.

I am contracted as a Medical Science Liaison to support the neurology portfolio development at Cerevance. Specifically, I support a groundbreaking Phase 2 clinical trial for a first-of-its-kind Parkinson’s Disease treatment. My role focuses on establishing strategic relationships and enhancing patient enrollment to ensure the trial's success.

I co-wrote this book featuring lifestyle based on effective strategies for long-term weight management, and currently lead relationship building and all scientific discussion with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to enhance business development, analysis, and product development efforts. I led strategy development and created new tracking and reporting mechanisms that advance client engagement, which resulted in launching multiple products with the paperback becoming the #1 new diet book on Amazon in 2021, e-book over 100,000 downloads and over 150,000 meals sold from meal-prep company. Additionally, I developed curriculum to recruit, train, and certify Vert Cert Coaches; offered continuing education credits through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA); efforts have resulted in 20-40 new certified coaches per quarter. I leveraged strategic partnerships to provide objective, scientific information about diet program, which resulted in creation of Vertical Podcast and multiple YouTube videos that garnered 1.5M+ views and a combined thought leader reach of 30M+ through social media platforms.

During my tenure here, I have progressed rapidly within the organization to serve as senior leader steering a team of 7 direct reports and administering all aspects of training, mentoring, coaching and performance management for this molecular diagnostics company specializing in the detection of early stage cancers. I establish SOPs, best practices, and processes to deliver innovations and process improvement. I support and develop strategic initiatives of cancer screening portfolio across the West Region including 28 states. I led strategy development to enhance opportunity identification and management to empower healthcare providers to optimize patient care. I leveraged strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOL), and managed care key decision makers, and organizations to ensure solid understanding of evolving healthcare trends and co-create solutions.

I was on-boarded to drive strategy, program development, and management efforts and built strategic partnerships to drive beef sales for The California Beef Council. I also streamlined production and marketing of monthly and weekly educational opportunities by optimizing budget to 10,000+ HCPs, KOLs, and industry stakeholders throughout California and Nevada.

I was accountable for strategy and program development and management of ACEND accredited nutrition program including building a staff, conflict resolution, and developing curriculum resulting in a 96% graduation rate and 85% first-time pass rate on board exam testing. I delivered standard operating procedures, marketing, and budget resulting in effective management of all components of the program ensuring fair, equitable, and considerate treatment of all prospective and 238 enrolled students (such as program admission, retention and completion policies). During my tenure here, I steered innovation, program, business, marketing, and curriculum development resulting in a new master’s graduate degree program, 12 courses in areas of Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy, Pathophysiology, and Exercise Science, 5 research publications and 23 professional research presentations.

Oversaw the development, systemization and implementation of comprehensive performance nutrition program to 450 NCAA Division I student-athletes annually.
