Damon co-founded AskClass to help educators transform their traditional lectures into engaging learning experiences through structured discussions and interactive storytelling. This teaching tool has helped more than 10,000 students in 140+ schools build character, learn more effectively, and practice professional communication skills.As a frequently invited keynote speaker, Damon helps schools equip their Gen Z students with essential soft skills - relationship building, communication, and teamwork - needed in today's workplace.Currently serving as an adjunct professor at San Jose State University's Lucas College of Business, he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Operations Management and International Business, bringing practical industry experience to the classroom. Previously, Damon led SamsungOpen, Samsung's internal open innovation program, driving customer-centricity from the ideation phase and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. His earlier experience includes a decade in management consulting, where he advised high tech clients on market expansion and operational excellence.Damon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Seoul National University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He serves as an elder at Revive Presbyterian Church of Silicon Valley and resides in the Bay Area.
