Selected as director and founding Product Manager for Drillinginfo’s new web application (“DI Web”) - an application combining the best data and functionality from Drillinginfo's legacy desktop, web, and Spotfire applications – generating up to $75M in revenue. This was the largest project Drillinginfo had undertaken in its history. Led a total of 6 development teams across the US and India during this time period. • Managed the scrum backlog and provided requirements for 4 web development teams across the US and India. • Oversaw maintenance of Drillinginfo’s legacy DI Desktop application using a 5th remote development team in India.• Maintained backlog and requirements for oil and gas production data development across the new DI Web application and 2 legacy products with a 6th (local) data development team.• Collaborated with marketing, development, and the CEO to write the requirements for Drillinginfo’s Product Gallery - the post-login landing page that provides a simple, centralized way to launch all web-based products, market products outside of a customer’s subscription, quickly contact technical support, and access product documentation.• Wrote the requirements (and provided content) for the first product-wide, central release notes website which educated customers about new features, new data, and bug fixes for all Drillinginfo products.• Advocated across multiple departments for a company-wide oil and gas production forecasting library which powered DI Web’s probabilistic decline curves, DI Desktop’s pre-calculated future production volumes, and DI Transform’s production forecasting module.
