I hold a Bachelor of Training and Development (BTrgnDev) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) where I thrive in creating tailored training solutions that empower teams to grow and excel in dynamic environments. I’ve applied this expertise across roles, from mentoring teams to coordinating complex operations.In Emergency Management, I have led key initiatives such as managing St John’s Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) specialist teams. My work has included delivering critical incident simulations and ensuring preparedness through multi-agency collaboration.My leadership extends to international experience as a Chemical Weapons Inspector for the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) where I managed mission risk, health and safety.
