The official sponsor of the Choose Life License Plate in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, The Children First Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose sole mission is to raise funds to support adoption and safe havens in the Tri-State Area.The tax-deductible annual $25 membership fee for each Choose Life license plate goes toward helping support every Pregnancy Resource Center, Maternity Home, and non-profit Baby Safe Haven Program located within the Tri-State area according to the state in which the plate is purchased.
