I lead a global team in build, maintenance, backup, security, and troubleshooting of a global 24/7/365 manufacturing infrastructure. I then delivered a phased transition to build and maintain consensus.-Initiative will deliver significant cost savings. I implemented quarterly health reviews detailing overall infrastructure health for senior management. I worked with manufacturing facilities to analyze and understand disruptions—and leveraged lessons learned to prevent future issues. I utilized data and templates to clarify solutions.-Enabled long-term capacity forecasting—mitigating potential issues early.-Process is currently being rolled out to software development to improve performance and reduce number of issues.
