Direction of the "outdoor adventure" program at Camp Akeela, a summer camp for children with Autism and other social or learning disabilities. Managed a team of 8 staff members in three areas: Ropes/challenge course, farming, hiking staff. Maintained successful implementation of these programs including a weekly specialty course in wilderness survival. As a member of the senior staff I also participated in the organization and application of special activities including overnight camping trips and canoeing excursions.
