Designed to consolidate the campus' cage wash service and sanitation operations that currently exist in research buildings throughout the School of Medicine in order to save an estimated 560,000kW of electricity annually. -UCSD Health Sciences Biomedical Research Facility 2 - ~196,000sqft research and support space for Health Sciences needed for the advancement of major interdisciplinary programs.-CRMC ED Addition - ~43,000 sq ft, 2 story addition to the hospital campus to increase emergency department capacity.-Torrance Memorial Medical Center - Many projects directly related to upgrading power systems in data centers.
