Document and coordinate incdents that impact physical security. Confirm physcal records for daily process to ensure compliance with bi-annual SAS-70 audits. Install and maintain enterprise level servers, switches, and storage hardware. Document all server hardware, connectivity, capacity, power distribution, and cooling metrics. Troubleshoot and repair physical layer of suspected outages. Test and doucment new installations of managed hardware. Train new team members and communicate policy.
