While here for the second time, with my newly acquired civilian level license to continue my aviation career, I was able to be hired on full time and focus on the A&P side of the maintenance. Full MRO tear downs of 737's, 757's, Embraer's, and also moved to work for the Navy contract for the P8-A.

As a sheet metal mechanic, I worked under multiple veteran experienced sheet metal experts. While at AAR, I did repairs on things such as Z-angles, seat tracks, lap patches, flap-peen, and everyday normal replacement of loose hardware. This was not my expertise at the time, but I was capable of learning quickly and started to move on my own large projects. Work was mostly done on 737-800's, Embraer 175's, and Airbus A330-200's.

You do not make any money if you do not make any sales. It was a minimum wage job with commission.
