Lead daily sales activity, responsible for business strategy, profitable growth and team development across a range of strategic businesses opportunities for Jameson Tactical Lighting. Manage relationship with major clients, develop and review sales reports, designs new and more effective sales strategies and partnerships.

Provide guidance and leadership to Spartaco Group regarding all sales initiatives within the federal, state, county and municipal government markets. Lead government sales team to meet and exceed individual, team and organizational targets. Contribute subject matter expertise on the government market to the corporate sales strategy. Develop and implement a plan for government sales team members to achieve annual corporate objectives. Work in partnership with direct and indirect reporting team members to achieve goals by providing leadership, mentoring and direction throughout the sales process.

Responsible for sales and marketing for government and military accounts to include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, increasing sales, finding new accounts and developing profitable relationships. Provide sage counsel to executive management through analysis of accounts, forecasts, budgets, trends and overall military and government market space.
