Provided site coordination and engineering resolution to demolition and installation issues for the UMASS Amherst Lederle Chiller Replacement project. Lead CAD draftsman on the Logan Airport Terminal B rehabilitation project for the Massachusetts department of transportation. Found an alternative cost saving solutions for lighting which ended up saving the Mass DOT an estimated 750k. Performed as-built measurements at multiple sites and converted them to AutoCAD for future projects.

Initiated and oversaw the consolidation and relocation of 300 employees from the Prudential Center to the south Boston plant location.
