 Set up a variety of machinery into new plant consisting of Compacting/Coining, Punch Presses (200 t-1800 t) Grinders, Deburr, Tumbler units for Powdered Metal Manufacturing Upgrade through P.Eng, PSR all Guarding and Interlocks on Presses to comply with Standards Hire a complete Maintenance Staff totaling 21 Trades, Janitorial, Stock Room(Stores) Complete PM program to accommodate the existing new Dorst (German) High Tech Press Systems Integrate Prod Lines to include Induction Heat (Generators & Coils), Demag Units, and Vision Systems Install a complete plant Air MakeUp System, Compressor Updates, Plant Chillers, AC Units In charge of all Coolant Waste Systems and complete Facility Operations(Automated) Install Sintering Furnaces (Abbott), 3 Boilers, Lines and High Pressure Vessels  Completion of New FGI Area including restructure of Walls and New Foundation and Footings Troubleshoot Pneumatics and Hydraulic issues on Cincinnati, Minster, Grebner, Dorst & others  H&S Management C0-Chair

 Reporting to me are 34 trade personnel including Millwrights, Electricians, Tool & Die Makers, Machinist, Programmers and also 6 Oil & Lube Personal, janitorial staff Complete set up of PM Systems including Lubes on 230 assorted machines including Grinders (infeed, thrufeed, flat) Broach, Index, CNC, Turning Centers and other units that work within Microns Set up Electrical Generators for Induction Heating with Coils, Power Monitors, Defect Vision Systems Responsible for Costs Control of all parts, tooling, oil/lubes and wages along with installation of Water Coolant Membrane Cleaning System contributing currently to over $260,000.00 in savings. Install and maintain an on call daily Work Orders System to ensure prompt response from Trades on a three Shift Operation cutting down time by 60% Supplying Precision Components to the Automotive Industry Install and troubleshoot Engel 50-150 ton Plastic Injection Molding Presses (water cooled dies) also with other work looking at installing Thermoforming Techniques In charge of all Maint Budgets, Costing reports, Hiring, Training, Staff, Automation Changes (Sensors, Photo Eyes, Vision, Laser, Force, Magnetic Field Crack Detection Systems for Quality and Cost Savings  In charge of the selling and or displacement of machinery by the means of outside merchants and Machine Suppliers in the Brantford Division Health and Safety Management Co-Chair
