Dan is a Partner in the firm’s Charleston office, with 3 decades of experience in medical malpractice, dental malpractice, occupational disease cases, toxic torts and worker’s compensation. He concentrates on representing businesses, hospitals, doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals in malpractice matters, as well as occupational disease and complex workers’ compensation matters.Dan also is expert in handling subrogation matters involving third party civil litigation and connected workers' compensation claims. He excels in representing employers, businesses, and corporations in claims involving alleged exposures to hazardous substances unique to the claimant’s workplace.Dan served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas W. Cooper, Jr., Resident Judge for the 3rd Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.
