Region Iii - Central Luzon, Philippines

My role is to provide data analytics for the company. Forecasting the result of the operations, providing support to corporate managers, executives, and directors in their decision making, analyzing data across various teams, and creating reliable dashboards with graphs, charts, trends, etc. I also provide business reports such as revenue projection, costing model, margin analysis, real-time performance report, and KPI statistic reports. I am part of the Data Science team who is basically in charge of reports and analytics in the company.

My responsibilities as a Cluster Lead is to be the 2nd in command and lead the team in the absence of the first line manager. I handle a group of people as a part of my management role and provide timely reports. I provide initial support to managers in solving issues. I also prepare a Service Level Report to the management on a weekly basis to reflect the performance of the team and to show areas of improvement for the team's weekly discussion. On the other hand, as a Senior Analyst, I handle the most comprehensive and most important payroll among the team and ensure to deliver on top of expectation of the client. I provide suggestions, modifications, and creation of process improvement for the team. I develop process control to ensure zero percent error in payroll delivery. I attend to client's call meeting too. This is to ensure to resolve the client's concern and to report the progress of the team.

Main responsibility is to establish client - company relationship and ensure that the client will continue availing the services being offered by the company. A lead role that builds a team to be able to provide all the task required by the outsourcing client. I assist the outsourcing CEO in all kinds of administrative task.

Philippines

I report trends analysis for all the cases/requests that the client is sending via the HR management tool to high management and provide recommendations for process improvement. I assist managers with their client's deliverables and provide specialized reports as needed. I ensure the service level agreement of the client is being satisfied and provide workforce analysis versus workload to the managers as well.I also support Data Management Team in cases that are needed.

Ncr - National Capital Region, Philippines

Provide HR Payroll Services to clients. Responsible for the leadership of a designated process/service line. My key responsibilities are in the areas of process coordination and process development, ensuring that a continuous improvement plan for their service, including the use of Six Sigma. Responsible for optimizing performance against Service Level Agreements, developing leadership expertise/SME knowledge, project management, portfolio, transformation initiatives, and compliance.

Notifies customers with their credit card dues and assist them to make necessary payments by fund transfer. Provides payment options for customers to choose from thus helping them away from delinquency. An offshore collection with daily quotas to achieve and cross-selling, as much as possible, upon collection.
