As a corporate planner for a venture company expanding business in the data market, I am responsible for building and operating a forecast management system, analysing forecasts, landing prospects and reporting on each metrics to the Board Member, and building a business plan.Prior to that, I started my own business in video marketing and developed a client base with no track record, achieving monthly sales of 600k yen in 4 months.In the company I joined after graduating, I worked as a brand controller in the finance department of L'Oreal Japan, where I was responsible for making investment decisions and improving the financial situation of brands, developing business plans, decide budget allocation for a multi-brand, analysing the difference between budget and actuals, and developing brand strategies based on data analysis.データ領域で事業展開するベンチャー企業の経営企画として、予実管理体制の構築・運用、Board Memberへの予実分析・着地見込み・各メトリクスのレポーティング、事業計画の作成業務を遂行しております。それ以前は、動画マーケティング事業で起業し、実績がない状態から取引先を開拓、月商60万円を4ヵ月で達成しました。新卒で入社した会社では日本ロレアル株式会社の財務管理部ではブランドコントローラーとして勤め、赤字ブランドの投資意思決定や財務状況の改善、新規ローンチブランドの事業計画の策定、6ブランドを担当しマルチブウランドチームとしての予算配分の決定、予実差異分析、データ分析をベースにブランド戦略の策定を業務としてきました。
