I took on the Program, to deliver the new BarclayCard Platform Servicing Barclays UK, at the end of the proof of concept stage and scaled up to 15 feature teams across the world.The platform was hosted on aPaaS (Application Platform As A Service), and internal Barclays Cloud, and we developed business capability via micro service (APIs) to the global CTO's standard using Agile methodology. Approx 300 resources (analysis, dev, test, release, security, architecture etc), as well as fixed price teams. A Big transformation as nearly everything we did was new or different to the way Barclays worked in the past, eg APIs were new, Agile was new, even our program governance was new (Lean Control Tool).I was directly accountable for:• Accountable for Stakeholder management, finances, budgets. staffing, stakeholder engagement, governance and reporting. Full platform ownership from first engagement through analysis, development to test and release all stakeholder interactions came via myself or my Central business team.• The development and documentation of the required new processes, for how new work entered, how work was tracked, financed etc.In parallel to running the program for the setup of the platform, my team delivered and supported all new changes servicing the bank and its customers in the UK, with both commercial and regulatory mandated APIs deployed throughout 2018 and 2019 under my control. Total of 89 unique APIs deployed.

I was the program lead, interfacing with the client's Director on a day to day basis, on this 18 month project in Higher Education. Training and coaching 6 client staff in lean tools and techniques, while delivering projects from scoping through to sustaining across the University. Projects included HR, Finance, Marketing, Admissions, Assessment and Student Help Services (called UniHelp)

Program Lead and senior coach, with accountability for deployment of "Performance Excellence" (a Lean business transformation) within a directorate spanning ~700 FTE at National Grid UK.Leading a team of 6 UEP Coaches to deliver, training and support to 14 client Practitioners over a 2 and a half year span starting January 2014, including 45 different Lean projects.I was also accountable for coaching of senior leaders in lean tools, techniques and behaviours to support the new way of working

Logistics Project Manager, for a short project involving the emptying of a third party warehouse against a tight schedule. A big task in stakeholder management as there were 3 large companies involved.Responsibilities included planning & executing the total move including arranging staff and transport for the moves, space at various warehouses, renting space at another warehouse for short term storage, health and safety, legal and finance.required a huge amount of flexibility as the handover / on boarding gave a very different picture of the size of the project.
