Developed 2–10-year tailings plans based on production targets from business plans.- Created pour plans in Muk3D to validate tailings plans. Used advanced knowledge of tailings to create safe efficient designs with data-driven decision making.- Planned major tailings structures in conjunction with geotechnical groups to comply with dam safety standards and designs. These projects ensured the company was always in regulatory compliance, while always ensuring operational continuity and risk mitigation.- Provided technical guidance and support for major project teams: reviewing calculations and analyses, and conducting technical assessments and feasibility to allow projects to be executed on time and budget.- Production Coordinator role - Responsible for the accounting and financial reporting work required from Long Range Planning: budgeting, invoicing, purchase order creation, accruals, cost tracking, and working with the procurement group for long range planning supply chain needs.- Organized annual drilling plan execution, and other technical engineering studies from consultants.

Developed mining dump plans based on business plan production targets.=- Designed dump structures based on geotechnical design, production timing, and mining constraints.- Created production plans for granular material needed in the construction of mine roads.- Successfully led mineral surface lease expansion project through the regulatory process. This project created a source of granular material on lease leading to millions of dollars in savings versus purchasing material from a third party.

Developed short range tailings plans and oversaw implementation in the field.- Planned volume deposition, fluid transfers, and pond development based on production plans.- Developed projects to support tailings operations such as barge and dredge raises, minor fluid containment structures, and sumps.- Interfaced directly with operations teams to solve field issues related to plan execution.

- Coordinated alignment meetings between Projects, Operations, long-range planning, short-range planning, and geotechnical groups.- Develop detailed life cycle pour plans for the tailings facilities.- Provided analysis, development, and QA/QC to major mine and tailings projects including major mine expansions, commissioning new tailings facilities, and deployment of new tailings deposition technologies.
