In this position I have responsibility for three areas: Philanthropy (Major Donor Relations); Signal Acquisition and Finance.

In this position I am responsible for managing all financial and radio station acquisition activities of the company. EMF Broadcasting is a 501c3 charity whose mission is to present Christian Contemporary Music, primarily through radio stations and the internet.

I was Chief Executive Officer of this joint venture company between Archer Daniels Midland and ACH Food Companies from its creation in October, 2008 until my retirement in May, 2010.Stratas Foods manufactures, sells and distributes edible oil based food products to the Foodservice, Retail Grocery and Industrial channels.

ACH Food Companies is a business that sells branded and store branded food products to the Retail Grocery trade. It also sold a portfolio of branded and private label products to the Foodservice and Industrial changes.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations I was responsible for working with all Kraft North American Divisions to implement cross-divisional operations strategies.

My primary responsibilities included the development of a strategic plan to enable Kraft Canada to successfully manage the transition to a free trade environment.

In this position I was responsible for the management and performance of the Kraft Canada Cheese and margarine businesses.

In this position I was responsible for Kraft Canada"s financial management, including corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax.

In this position I was responsible for the financial management of Kraft's Frozen Foods division.

In this position I was responsible for the financial planning, analysis and control function of the division. This division's charter was to diversify Kraft into new food businesses through both new product development and acquisition.

In this position I was responsible for the management of three corporate accounting departments (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets) and a process re-engineering consulting group.

In this position I supervised and conducted process re-engineering studies in various Kraft financial and administrative areas.

In this position I conducted financial control and procedural audits at various Kraft locations.
