Dan is currently the FP&A Lead at Anchorage Digital, the first federally chartered bank for digital assets and a leader in cryptocurrency custody, lending, and trading. Dan is responsible for leading financial reporting and the forecast and planning processes. Dan analyzes business results and operational data sets to drive actionable insights and accountability within the business. Dan was previously the the Controller at Convoke Systems and prior to that a a Senior Manager in PwC Advisory's Finance Effectiveness practice where he focused on improving organization’s finance and accounting departments through people, process, and technology solutions. His experience includes: - Assessing and improving Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR, and Acquire to Retire (ATR) processes- Assessing financial accounting for compliance with US GAAP- Integrating financial systems- Migrating finance processes to shared services- Assessing FP&A and EPM- Implementing account reconciliation tools - Optimizing management reporting utilizing data warehousing and BI toolsDan was one of 60 students admitted to Indiana University’s 3/2 Program from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a MBA concentrated in Finance. He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA.
