Generate "as-built" piping and instrumentation diagrams for the power industry. Responsibilities include performing job scopes, generating proposals and schedules, managing a budget and a team of field personnel.

-Continued training coordinator for a staff of 300. Responsibilities include development of goals and measures of effectiveness, scheduling, and executing quarterly examinations.- Nuclear Power School instructor. Provided classroom training for prospective nuclear operators in the theory, physics, and principles of reactor plant operations as well as rate specific training for Electrician's Mates and Electronics Technicians.-Manage tasking and employment of a work force of up to 450 personnel.-Liaison with numerous agencies to coordinate proper transfer and reassignment of junior personnel. -Responsible for all aspects of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Instrumentation and Control Equipment. Specific duties included are safety and scheduling as well as generation and implementation of technical work documents and procedures.- As Engineering Watch Supervisor and Reactor Operator, responsible for safe operation of naval nuclear propulsion plants.- Ship's Safety Officer and Equal Opportunity Advisor aboard two nuclear powered submarines.
