Responsible for warehouse operations to include maintenance of the facilities and equipment. Responsible for implementation of safety and housekeeping programs. Acted as the direct liaison between warehouse operations, customers, vendors, logistics and company directors. Overall responsible for safe, efficient and economical operation of the facilities and equipment. Responsible for product quality issues associated with inventory and to resolve inventory variances. Responsible for the implementation and communication of existing and new Standard Operational Procedures. Responsible for the upkeep of all daily, weekly and monthly reports to be distributed to the company directors. Responsible for the direct supervision of forklift operators, pallet processors, shipping, and receiving. Onsite of the year 2013.

Talk with the customer to find out what it is they need and sell them every thing to do the job correctly the first time, stock parts, and routine cleaning that come with closing the store, manage staff. Responsible for customer issues, closing the store, counting the drawers, and making the deposit.
