I am a curious person, Skilled in diversed areas such as tacit knowledge, Performance Improvement, innovation, interpersonal skills, interview diagnostic skills, negotiation & influence ,implementation strategies, digital transformation, Systems design, knowledge management and put learning models into practice. These skills developed via experience enable me to help people set their tacit knowledge free and convert unclear thoughts into practical ideas. Strong education professional with a Master's degree focused in clinical criminology from Bar-Ilan University and p.h.d from Haifa university focused on knowledge management and organizational learning - Evolving methodologies to elicit tacit knowledge from experts. My main domains -1.I create new knowledge by eliciting tacit knowledge from experts and integrating it with training programs and also translate it to a new framework.2.I reflect your thoughts into action items, thus make your intuitive strategy into practical work processes. I also design the technological compatible needs to imitate these processes by a technological platform.3.I teach and research interpersonal skills ( interview, negotiation and influence) by interviewing diversed professions and conducting workshops in order to improve human communication.4.
