Responsible for the development and delivery of the vision, values and corporate strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Overall budget and operational accountability routinely evaluated in line with corporate and divisional KPI’s, including the development and implementation of key KPIs for the Department Management team; leading and developing a diverse team of heritage professionals and specialists (approx. 50:50 gender balance) including collaborative delivery of services across several multi-disciplinary teams; responsibility and oversight for the successful communication and delivery of the corporate strategy to the wider team. Initiation, development, and project management of a broad portfolio of projects in collaboration with internal and external clients, partners, and stakeholders, delivered with key team members through active encouragement and empowerment to the highest standards and best practice. Acted as the Executive Management Team representative for the company wide OHS remit in collaboration with the OHS Specialist and HR Director; and Co-Chair of the OHS Committee. Active advocate of cultural heritage and representation of the company to the wider sector to a variety of audiences and outputs, including extensive experience presenting at a variety of events and conferences, media engagement, and a sound publication record.

Responsible for the leadership and development of the company brand and portfolio in the Scottish sector for both onshore and offshore services. Overall budget and operational accountability ensuring the growth and development of the regional team, in addition to leading on the effective delivery of large developer led, grant funded research, and public benefit projects in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
