Ensure adherence to all health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) policies and requirements.Contribute in preparation of timely and accurate reports by providing fact-based information to meet regulators (OFWAT), environmental agency requirements, policies and standards.Safely, proactively and reactively maintain the sewers, the supporting assets and instruments to promote and implement solutions which resolve and/or prevent a sewage escape (flooding and pollution) from occurring and to ensure no repeats take place.Work closely with other YW teams and contract partners on site to resolve and manage any operational issues on the sewer network and supporting assets.I have rigorous attention to detail and interrogate all facts to ensure the desired outcome is met. A communicator, with Influencing and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and maintaining a network of working relationships both internally and externally.I have ability to identify and solve issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that the network activity does not have an adverse effect on network stability or customer service.

Operating a Resolution unit, utilizing it capabilities and ensuring I achieve the first - time fix solution for our customers and & preventing environmental issues. Investigating operational issues on the sewer network and support assets causing pollutions/escapes and resolving through the fix first time process.Raising correct follow-on work to ensure any network issues are resolved i.e.- Lining if sewer found to have defects, Dig/civils work if the sewer has collapsed to an extremely high standard.Liaising with EA, Council and EVH with any issues regarding pollution’s and keeping them up to date with all ongoing issues.Resolving all reactive and proactive network investigations issued to me in a professional, timely and responsive manner.Liaise/provide fact-based information with service partners, EA/Local authorities.Ensuring Health and Safety, Working Practices & Procedures are always carried out to the highest of standards
