Chief Financial Officer
CurrentResponsible for establishing overall corporate Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting policies and procedures which provide effective control and satisfy the informational requirements of ownership, management, independent auditors, and interested third parties. Provide guidance on Financial Management, interpret Operating Results, and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. Guide company Strategic Planning, administer Human Resource activities, facilitate corporate training, manage the Information Systems, Finance and Accounting departments, and direct Internal Quality Audits.Other responsibilities include:Direct the development and evaluation of financial control programs consistent with GAAPSafeguard company assetsDirect corporate internal auditingReview corporate contractsConsult outside legal advice as necessaryFacilitate on-going staff developmentEffectively manage corporate cash flowMaintain favorable credit ratings with suppliers & subcontractorsEstablish and maintain favorable banking & financing arrangementsDetermine corporate insurance needs and maintain adequate coverageRisk controlDevelop and administer equitable hiring and personnel policiesPayroll processingDevelop and maintain employee handbooksAdminister employee benefit programsProvide cost effective IT systems to support all functions of the company
