• Independently run a territory of Medium to Large B2B organisations managing own diary, working autonomously towards revenue goals in 3 areas – Domestic / International Shipper / International Payer• Consistently achieve KPI’s of 16 Face to Face calls per week / 5 New business appointments per week / 3 New business opportunities created per week / 1 piece of closed business per week• Account management and New Business Development selling International Export and Domestic shipping services into both large global organisations and SME’s• Collaborate with sales team ensuring good community practice across the district, along with different divisions of the group ensuring full portfolio coverage with each client • Mentor Sales Graduates and New hires within the team with joint days, coaching sessions and regular review meetings• Implement the FedEx sales process in every call• Ensure the FedEx Purple Promise is delivered at every opportunity and uphold the FedEx professional brand at all times • Conduct and monitor monthly sales team cold calling and blitz days, reporting to DSM by measuring the productivity and success of the event.• Establish effective working relationships with key and director level decision makers in order to define requirements, buying motives and close profitable business in line with the business model• Analyse complex customer and company data monitoring trends and using this to plan business development opportunities and future growth• Daily updates on CRM which includes detailed appointment notes, opportunity information, pipeline management, sales forecasting and sales activation

• Consultatively manage and develop a portfolio of medium to LME Customers with a contract value of £2.5M + (based on 24 – 60 Month contracts)• Strategically manage and develop a contact strategy to build solid relationships • Develop new opportunities within existing base of customers by introducing new products and services• Penetrate and retain existing customers • Develop new opportunities for additional sales of Wish footprint• Generate New Business Opportunities• Support new business sale opportunities• Support marketing of client case studies, testimonials and referral letters• Coordinate and implement new client solutions across Wish portfolio• Produce professional customer correspondence to Company style and standard• Update and maintain customer CRM• Develop relationships, understand the organizational structure and ingratiate self within the customer’s business.• Understand the core function of a client, key competitors, supply chain and customers.• Adapted to commercial and industry change in a constant moving market
