Full-stack engineer at a startup specializing in servicing life science laboratory researchers.I was the technical lead for the integration of a product review site acquired by LabVelocity into the main website; I supervised a contractor who assisted in the work. Specifically, I increased the efficiency and happiness of the content team by automating repetitive browser interactions through the use of scriptable macros. I wrote and maintained a suite of macro scripts for the team.On my own time, I taught myself JavaScript, identified JavaScript-related bugs in the website's UI, and then submitted bug reports with fixes to the engineering department.I was transferred into the engineering group.
