 Provide field support of retail store equipment setup of POS, network, manager’s office equipment Provide technical support to retail stores utilizing the IBM Point of Sale 4690 OS hardware & software Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to POS registers, including Credit Card Processing systems, all PCs and notebooks& laser printers Diagnose & troubleshoot networking issues with computer support involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless connectivity issues Log service calls, keep track of service calls, projects, parts used on the field and keep management up to date with all issues Support basic and VOIP telephone systems, fax machines, and other retail hardware technologies Present information clearly, concisely, and creatively to various teams, Departments and Management Continuously working in a flexible and multi-task environment & effectively resolve multiple customer issues in a fast-paced  environment Utilize Windows XP, Windows 7 Operating systems daily and applications in Microsoft Office 2003 such as Word Excel & Power Point
