Multi-Line Manufacturer Representative

Manufacturers Representative responsible for an industrial/commerical account base in Michigan and Indiana Great Lakes Area. Responsibilities include maintaining current distributor accounts and seeking new opportunities to increase distributor/customer sales of same. Daily sales calls on prospective end users and joint sales calls with distributor sales force to increase distributor’s sales. Provide a value added service by following up on customer request for service on product, purchasing and returns, plant surveys, distributor sales meetings, showroom sales, distributor sales events, in-plant shows and catalog layout review. Implement manufacturer driven promotional marketing programs as well as develop customized distributor marketing programs. Have the authority to solicite manufacturer's to represent and respective territories.

Manufacturers Representative responsible for marketing and an industrial account base in Michigan and northern Indiana.

Direct Manufacturer's Representative responsible for marketing and sales of an industrial account base in Michigan.

Responsible for all aspects involved in managing MRO industrial related products. Responsibilities included the selection, layout and design of catalog pages and marketing ads representing products sold in the United States. Negotiated product costs, rebates and co-op, directly with manufacturers and manufacturer representatives, developed sales strategies and corresponding marketing campaigns for a large national sales staff and sales strategies for competing against other national competitors.

Responsible for all aspects involved in managing over $60 million of MRO industrial related products. Responsibilities included the selection, layout and design of catalog pages and marketing ads representing products sold in the United States, United Kingdom and Germany. Negotiated product costs, rebates and co-op, directly with over 150 manufacturers and manufacturer representatives, developed sales strategies and corresponding marketing campaigns for over 150 national sales people and sales strategies for competing against national competitors.
