My role as first team head coach includes;- Planning, delivery & self reflection of all technical / tactical field, classroom & video analysis sessions throughout pre season & the GPS season.- Creating and implementing a strong, dynamic & enjoyable team culture which allows players to be expressive, work hard, and develop as young men.- installing a winning mentality throughout the playing squad & coaching team.- Implementing a clear playing style & philosophy which seamlessly links with the team culture- Consistently reviewing, analysing & driving program improvements with the BSHS Director of Football (for example; pre season camp trips, adding extra professionalism to the program, introducing new resources, etc).Achievements: - Finishing 3rd place in the GPS back - back seasons (2021 & 22), which is the highest position on the ladder the school have finished since last winning the competition in 2006.- Supporting and aiding player development which has led to multiple BSHS players now playing senior NPL football, being selected for state representative teams & securing moves to European academies. - Creating & nurturing a competitive & talented playing squad to complete in the GPS with minimal resources & finances in direct comparison to all other GPS football programs.

U16 North West Cerebral Palsy Centre of Excellence.My role is to support the head coach in the planning, delivering, and evaluating of sessions in preparation for monthly fixtures. We aim to develop players for advancement into the England U16 set-up and North West Adults team. It is an elite disability programme funded by the FA, in which several regions across England are represented. CoE's are made up of both a U16 and Adults team. Monthly fixtures are played within the two leagues (North/South) and a end of season tournament/cup is held at St. Georges Park.
