He is an expert in energy efficiency program impact evaluation, measurement, and verification (EM&V). He has extensive experience evaluating energy and demand impacts, directing large-scale data collection efforts, and developing advanced engineering and analytical procedures.Prior to its acquisition by DNV (then KEMA) in 2009, Dan served as Engineering Manager at RLW Analytics where he worked for 16 years under the tutelage of RLW founders Curt Puckett and Roger L. Wright, Ph. D.
