I am responsible for 5 account manager’s and one customer services agent for Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Worcester and North Wales. Over this period I was responsible for my own territory these included: Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Wiltshire & Surrey. I had a port folio of trading customers and prospect customers to which I was to retain and grow the trading base, revenues and new business. I sold through a supply chain approach to ensure all areas of TNT express were promoted to trading and new customer’s. A degree of customer services was always present with in this role as I was face to face with customers and they would advise of any issues that needed a more detailed investigation.
