Serves as the project manager for digitization of legal records at the Office of General Counsel (OGC). Serve as a supervisor to junior attorneys in the OGC. Act as liaison to bureaus within the agency for the General Counsel. Work as a senior advisor to the General Counsel in all Federal Administrative legal matters. Function as the budget coordinator for the OGC. Provide supervision and policy guidance to the law librarian for the Agency.

Provide full legal services to the Agency - including Representation of the Agency before Administrative Law Judges for EEOC and MSPB, Represent the Agency in the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal (admitted to 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, and D.C. Circuits), review DROs and Divorce Decrees for compliance with the Railroad Retirement Act for benefit division, draft appeal decision for the three member board, and act as an Attoreny Advisor to the multiple departments of the Agency.

Provide legal advice to Lake County, City of Hobart, Town of Schererville, and Hammond Police Dept. (all in Indiana) in various matters including: Employment, EEOC, Ordinance Enforcement, Planning and Zoning, Defense of Personal Injury Claims (Torts), Statute Interpretation, and Indiana's Open Door Policy for Public Hearings. In addition, we represent the above municipalities at contested trials regarding the above issues. We also represent individual clients in Criminal matters, Personal Injury Actions, and Family Law Issues.

Represented Clients at all levels of City, County, and Federal Courts in matters including Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Matters, Worker's Compensation, and Bankruptcy.

Advised Generals and Colonels on legal aspects of their command positions; provided employment law and ethics advice to unit commanders. Oversaw Marine Corps Base Quantico's responses to HIPAA requests and Privacy Act/ FOIA requests; Served as legal counsel to Marine Corps Base Quantico's Emergency Operations Center; Received SECRET security clearance with local Quantico upgrade; Also served as a Criminal Defense Counsel where I represented over 100 clients in the Federal Court System, including: 6 contested jury trials; 25 contested Adminsitrative Employment Hearings; approx 30-40 guilty plea hearings where sentencing was contested; and negotiated and additional 30-40 plea arrangements where hearings were rendered unnecessary. Received a Naval Achievement Medal for Outstanding Service.
