In the role of Lean Leader, I was responsible for the Lean Manufacturing implementation and support for 2 facilities; with $90 Million in annual revenue, supporting operations and managing directly the pursuit and attainment of $1.3 Million in Cost reduction targets; quality improvements, visual management implementation, 5S Deployment, and Smart Factory initiatives, with some functional facilitation for capital improvements. Successes included building and managing a cost reduction deck of $1.3 Million and actively facilitating the projects from inception to achieving month over month targets and goals. Leading, organizing and sustaining Kaizen and Lean events, development of a floor kaizen submission program , and leading point kaizen activities that produced increases in labor productivity; consumable and perishable tool cost reduction, scrap reductions and ultimately bottom line savings for the company.

Manufacturing/Production Manager of tier 1 Aluminum Forging Supplier that produced aluminum suspension parts for OEM's. Leadership and operations responsibilities included 6 operations supervisors; 4 engineers and team leaders. Success included growing profits by $8.5 million in 12 months, and increasing production by 33% while maintaining staffing levels and reducing premium overtime dollars by 15%. Complete responsibility for safety, quality, production and delivery.

At Electrolux, a plant of 3000 people at its height, I worked in various roles with increasing responsibility throughout my time with the company.Heavy experience in stamping and weld operations as a press operator, die-setter , associate supervisor, Quality Technician, shift supervisor and department Process Owner; as well as Lean Manufacturing Coordinator.Successes included numerous lean implementations throughout the plant with documented transformative solutions in 5S, SMED, line balance; value-add ratio improvements; and complete lean deployment activities that affected all KPI's. Attainment of Blue Gear level in EMS ( Electrolux Manufacturing Systems) with 97% mastery of lean tools demonstrated. Led, facilitated and carried out lean deployment throughout.
