Facilitate the customer’s needs more efficiently for current projects in all divisions of the customer globally (US, China, Malaysia, and Mexico). Source of escalation for issues / proactively resolving issues. Involved in contract negotiations with the customer as well as global deployment of initiatives to both internal and customer sites.

Manage the operations of injection molding and assembly with 60 employees across 3 shifts. Assist schedule and purchasing through Kanban and MTOs to ensure prompt delivery and quality products. Active in Lean implementation and development through Kaizen events. Involved all associates in cooperate strategy deployment via visual management and key performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)

Utilized Lean manufacturing skills as well as Six Sigma principles to improve production throughout the departments. Was actively involved in the hiring, replacement and training of various Operator level positions.
