- Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) leader for 9.5 years from <300 FTEs to 9,000+, revenues from <$15M to $2B+.- Led Product Management and Product Strategy for Workday's innovative core technology platform across 18 updates.- Provided Product and GTM leadership for new offerings including: Integration Cloud, Big Data Analytics, Insight Applications, and the Workday Cloud Platform (Rebranded as Workday Extend).- Led the first machine learning (ML) team.- Reinvigorated Product Marketing, Service Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Industry GTM functions.- Represented the company in Analyst Relations, Investor Relations, and numerous customer, prospect, and partner events.- Established Workday Ventures in 2015 making 12 investments with three exits in the first two years of operation.- Promoted to SVP and joined the Senior Management Team (SMT) in January 2015.- Received the Workday "Team Player Award", the "Outstanding Contributor Award", and the "Innovation Award."

- Worked at Voltage Security which was acquired by HP in 2015.- Launched three new product lines in a 12-month period, generating revenue with all three and breaking-even with one.- Drove all aspects of Product Management for SecureData, a product line focused on encrypting structured data in files and databases, including market research, MRD/PRD creation, use case modeling, and usability testing.- Shifted development approach to Scrum resulting in accelerating product delivery by 50%.- Received the "Voltage Excellence Award" from the CEO in recognition of outstanding innovation.

- Created the 3-yr market strategy for a new consumer healthcare business unit (Quicken Health group).- Led two major components of the 2006 QuickBooks UI re-architecture working with a team of 35 from strategy to launch. - Served as the product expert for the press tour (20 visits, 3 cities) earning PC Magazine's 4.5 of 5 stars.- Drove the QuickBooks Data Conversion Tool v1.0 launch by articulating the strategy, negotiating a 3-yr OEM, and managing a development team of 15. Within one year the tool converted 10,000 customers (>50x prior).- Selected for early promotion to Senior Product Manager and "Fast Path", a program for high potential leaders.

- Led the definition and development of three major product releases that generated $6.8 million in revenue and won several industry awards, including the Crossroads A-List Award for 2000.- Received the "Going the Extra Mile Award" for leading the first on-time release in the firm's 3-year history.

- Developed applications and implemented enterprise software suites for global 2000 companies and governments.- Received the Northern California office "Coaching and Mentoring Award" in recognition of outstanding team and client personnel development.
