Experienced Principal Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Strong consulting professional skilled in Contract Management on traditional Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, GC/CM and CMAR projects. I've worked on building, airport, bridge, roadway, water treatment and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. Projects have been located in Washington State, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, South Dakota, and Virginia. In addition to leading project and construction management teams, I have worked with owners and contractors to resolve construction claims. I'm a delegate to the Engineers Joint Construction Document Committee (EJCDC) and active in ASCE and a founding member of the ASCE Construction Institute Claims Avoidance and Resolution Committee. My certifications are from the Construction Management Association of America and Project Management Institute. I have made presentations on change management, claims resolution and implementing alternative delivery projects around the United States at national and regional conferences.
