This was a 3 year program with a budget of $4.5 million. Accountability extends to program design, managing budgets, achieving energy savings goals and achievements, and monthly reporting. Hire and supervise energy efficiency staff of 10. Staff includes energy advisors, energy engineers, and project coordinators. As management team member, participate in strategic planning, including budget forecasting, incentive processing, QA/QC, program design and modifications, and energy efficient training seminars.• Energy Advisor July 2007 - September 2014 - Work directly with large commercial and industrial customers providing energy audits, energy saving recommendations, payback calculations, and available financial incentives. In 2013 I provided 15 customers with over $990,000 in incentives. Those same 15 customers saved over $1.9 million annually on their electric and gas bills.
